Director of Network Operations

Job Summary

Leading the management and development of VSN MNS Operations, the full-time salaried Director of Network Operations will oversee design/engineering, project management, and NOC services while collaborating with various departments to drive business growth and strategic initiatives in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage financial responsibilities, including maintaining budgeted profit margins and leading pricing initiatives
• Evaluate and enhance operational processes across multiple departments to improve efficiency and resolve issues
• Oversee employee performance management, recruitment, and team development to foster a positive work environment

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
• 12 or more years of management experience with a financial background
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Excel for complex data management
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders
