Job Summary

Leading large-scale network strategy and infrastructure planning efforts, the remote Director of Network Planning will manage global network planning, oversee capacity deployment, and drive market expansion initiatives while leveraging automation and AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global network planning strategy, including capacity planning and infrastructure prioritization
• Oversee network capacity deployment to ensure timely infrastructure delivery in targeted markets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network planning with product roadmaps and customer objectives

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in network planning, architecture, or infrastructure strategy
• Strong expertise in optical, transport, routing, and data center networking architectures
• Proven experience in long-range capacity planning and infrastructure roadmap development
• Hands-on experience with automation tools, APIs, Python, and AI-driven workflows
• Deep understanding of fiber infrastructure and scalable network design principles
