Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• Experience in network planning, particularly in data center or telecommunications environments
• Prior experience operating at the Director level with success in leading and mentoring technical teams
• Hands-on experience with automation tools and AI-driven solutions in network infrastructure
• Strong ability to create executive-level dashboards and communicate complex data insights
