Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of network service delivery, the full-time salaried Director of Network Services will manage the operations of the Network Service Management and Operations Center of Excellence, focusing on automation, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration while supporting a hybrid work schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of network service management, ensuring seamless service delivery from order to performance management
• Drive automation and modernization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual efforts
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business priorities to deliver measurable value

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional work experience
• 8+ years of experience in application development and/or technology management with increasing responsibility
• 4+ years of project leadership experience
• 5+ years of management or supervisory experience
