Job Summary

Driving the strategic governance of a delivery network, the full-time Director of Network Strategy will maximize economic performance, optimize service quality, and enhance scalability in a remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategic governance of the delivery network, ensuring optimal customer service, carrier health, and profitability
• Partner with Data Science to leverage predictive models for informed network strategy and performance evaluation
• Analyze pricing and routing decisions to maximize contribution margin while maintaining exceptional customer experience

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in network strategy or optimization within logistics or transportation
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Experience in cross-functional leadership and collaboration with various departments
• Knowledge of financial planning and marketplace performance metrics
• Advanced degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred
