Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, New Business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial discovery to contract negotiation and close
- Generate self-sourced opportunities through targeted prospecting and relationship-building
Required Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota
- At least 3 years of experience selling ad-tech, mar-tech, or digital marketing solutions
- Proven experience navigating and closing deals with mid-market, multi-location, or franchise businesses
- A sophisticated understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem
- Proficiency with modern sales tools (e.g., Hubspot, Apollo, Salesforce)
