Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, New Business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial discovery to contract negotiation and close
  • Generate self-sourced opportunities through targeted prospecting and relationship-building
Required Qualifications:
  • 4-7 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota
  • At least 3 years of experience selling ad-tech, mar-tech, or digital marketing solutions
  • Proven experience navigating and closing deals with mid-market, multi-location, or franchise businesses
  • A sophisticated understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools (e.g., Hubspot, Apollo, Salesforce)
