Job Summary
To drive sales growth, the full-time remote Director of New Business will manage the entire sales process for mid-market and multi-location brands, focusing on closing deals and building a robust pipeline through collaboration and self-sourced opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Manage complex sales cycles from initial discovery to contract negotiation and closure
- Partner with Sales Development Representatives to build a strong pipeline and convert qualified leads
Required qualifications:
- 4-7 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
- At least 3 years of experience in selling ad-tech, mar-tech, or digital marketing solutions
- Experience closing deals with mid-market, multi-location, or franchise businesses
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including paid search and social media
- Proficiency with modern sales tools such as Hubspot, Apollo, or Salesforce
