Job Summary

Leading a team of Account Executives, the full-time remote Director of New Business Sales will drive net-new revenue growth in the Home Health and Hospice provider market by developing sales strategies, managing team performance, and refining sales processes for a SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Account Executives focused on acquiring new home health and hospice providers
  • Own team performance against revenue targets through effective pipeline management and forecasting
  • Develop and refine sales processes and best practices for selling SaaS solutions to healthcare providers
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 3+ years in a sales leadership role
  • Proven experience managing Account Executives in healthcare provider organizations
  • Strong understanding of provider workflows and buying processes
  • Demonstrated success in coaching teams through complex sales cycles
  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments
