A company is looking for a Director, New Homes Field Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts with new roofers/installers and manage contractor onboarding
• Establish project tracking standards, oversee field activations, and ensure compliance with safety requirements
• Collaborate with various departments and support business development through technical sales assistance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field with 15 years of experience, including 8 years in residential construction or solar development
• Strong understanding of building and regional codes
• Deep knowledge of the homebuilding and solar industry dynamics
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans collaboratively
• Experience in team management and contractor oversight
