Job Summary
Director of New Logo Acquisition is a full-time revenue leader responsible for acquiring new customers and driving growth within strategic accounts while managing a team of Account Executives and Account Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach Account Executives to close new business and manage the new logo pipeline
- Oversee Account Managers to grow and retain strategic accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Develop and implement growth infrastructure and serve as a liaison across various departments
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years in a revenue leadership role in SaaS or nonprofit technology
- Proven success in leading quota-carrying teams and achieving growth targets
- Experience managing the full revenue lifecycle from pipeline generation to renewal
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce; familiarity with AI-assisted sales workflows is a plus
- Data-driven approach with the ability to translate strategy into execution
