Director of New Product Introduction

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, New Product Introduction & Operational Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end new product introduction processes for fleet and mobility offerings
• Oversee deployment and lifecycle management of a 10,000+ vehicle last-mile fleet
• Own the P&L for the business segment, meeting revenue and OpEx targets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation operations
• Proven track record in large-scale fleet operations (10,000+ assets) and new product introductions
• Strong understanding of vehicle lifecycle management, maintenance operations, and telematics systems
• Expertise in business intelligence, analytics, and data-driven decision-making
