Director of NPI Supply Chain

Job Summary

Leading a small but growing team, the full-time salaried Director of NPI Supply Chain Operations will manage material readiness and supply chain execution from prototype through early production ramp, collaborating with various internal and external partners in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the NPI material management process, ensuring clear-to-build readiness and managing shortage escalations
• Develop executable NPI build plans in partnership with EMS and OEM suppliers, ensuring alignment with production readiness and program milestones
• Conduct cross-functional NPI readiness reviews to identify material risks and facilitate timely resolutions to protect program schedules

Required qualifications:

• Extensive experience in material management, supply planning, or product operations with a focus on new product introduction
• Demonstrated experience leading NPI supply chain activities from prototype through early ramp
• Strong working knowledge of Kinaxis and Agile/PLM systems
• Thorough understanding of MRP/ERP systems and materials management principles
• Fluency in English with proven analytical skills for interpreting complex datasets
