Director of Obesity Engagement

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Obesity Association (OA) Professional Engagement & Collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead obesity-focused strategies to promote engagement and collaboration for the adoption of Standards of Care in Overweight and Obesity
• Develop partnerships and serve as the primary liaison to key external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Oversee the design and delivery of educational and engagement activities for partners, managing advisory groups and external vendors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in public health or related field preferred
• Expertise in obesity, diabetes, and chronic disease care
• At least five years of experience in health care partnership management or collaborative initiatives
• Demonstrated experience building relationships with external partners at various levels
• Ability to manage multiple projects and budgets effectively
