Job Summary
Director of Observational Research is a full-time remote position responsible for leading strategic planning initiatives and overseeing operational performance to generate real-world evidence in the Oncology therapeutic area.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute studies to support evidence generation and assess disease burden
- Influence stakeholders on the utilization of non-interventional research for strategic business questions
- Lead and mentor staff while contributing to the development of product and CfOR strategies
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree and 4 years of scientific experience, or Master's degree and 7 years, or Bachelor's degree and 9 years, or Associate's degree and 10 years, or High school diploma/GED and 12 years of scientific experience
- Doctorate in Epidemiology or related field preferred
- Experience in designing and analyzing observational research studies
- Experience in research supporting drug development
- Experience in observational research project planning and management
