Director of Offensive Security

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Offensive Security and VulnOps.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead offensive security capabilities and vulnerability operations across hardware, software, cloud, and network systems
• Manage external penetration tests and collaborate with the Security Operations team to enhance threat detection and response
• Drive end-to-end Red Team exercises and continuously improve the company-wide vulnerability management program

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in red team, penetration testing, and vulnerability management
• Deep technical expertise in offensive security, including red teaming and penetration testing across diverse environments
• Experience in hardware and software exploitation, with a strong understanding of vulnerability management life cycles
• Proven ability to manage third-party penetration testing and audit engagements
• Experience in translating technical risks into business impact for non-technical stakeholders
