Director of Offensive Security

Job Summary

As a strategic leader, the full-time Director of Offensive Security will shape the proactive security posture across Red Teaming, Threat Intelligence, and Threat Hunting, while managing the offensive security strategy and ensuring effective emulation of real-world adversaries in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a long-term roadmap for offensive security aligned with business objectives and the evolving threat landscape
• Oversee the planning and execution of realistic multi-stage attack simulations and ensure effective emulation of relevant threat actor TTPs
• Manage a hypothesis-driven threat hunting program to identify silent failures in detection logic and improve existing security tools

Required qualifications

• In-depth experience in offensive security and hands-on experience as a Red Teamer
• Proven leadership experience managing high-performing, cross-functional teams in dynamic environments
• Expertise in using AI tools for Red teaming and a deep understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework
• Demonstrated experience utilizing automation and AI to enhance offensive team productivity
• Advanced industry certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, CRTO, or CISSP are highly preferred
