Director of Offering Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Offering Management - AI/Network Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the AI/Agentic vision and strategy for Network Managed Services, managing the roadmap based on customer needs
• Collaborate with network engineering and development teams in an Agile environment to prioritize high-value initiatives
• Conduct user research and data analysis to gather insights and design metrics to measure success

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with network technologies or operations
• 3 to 5 years of experience implementing AI or Agentic AI
• 7+ years of experience in financial or business management
• Master of Science in Computer Science degree
• Ability to collaborate with global teams including Sales, Engineering, and Delivery
