Job Summary
Leading the offline media strategy, the full-time Director of Offline Media will manage a significant media budget, optimize acquisition channels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and optimize Underdog's offline media strategy across various channels including Linear TV, OTT/CTV, and Radio/Audio
- Identify and scale new acquisition opportunities through innovative media buying and partnerships
- Develop and implement measurement frameworks for offline marketing performance and collaborate on company-wide growth initiatives
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in offline media strategy for a high-growth consumer company
- Deep expertise in media planning and buying across television, streaming, audio, and out-of-home
- Proven track record of managing large media budgets and driving customer acquisition
- Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution and media mix modeling
- Experience leading agency relationships and influencing cross-functional teams
