Job Summary
Leading the customer onboarding experience, the full-time Head of Onboarding will develop scalable programs, optimize processes, and enhance customer engagement in a remote setting, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a best-in-class onboarding strategy aligned with company objectives
- Identify and refine onboarding workflows to improve efficiency and customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer transitions and alignment on goals
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in onboarding, process improvement, or customer success operations
- 3+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Expertise in designing scalable implementation frameworks for complex enterprise clients
- Proficiency in data manipulation and business intelligence for actionable insights
- Experience leveraging AI and automation to enhance customer experiences
