Job Summary

Leading the customer onboarding experience, the full-time Head of Onboarding will develop scalable programs, optimize processes, and enhance customer engagement in a remote setting, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a best-in-class onboarding strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Identify and refine onboarding workflows to improve efficiency and customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer transitions and alignment on goals
Required qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in onboarding, process improvement, or customer success operations
  • 3+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Expertise in designing scalable implementation frameworks for complex enterprise clients
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and business intelligence for actionable insights
  • Experience leveraging AI and automation to enhance customer experiences
