Director of Onboarding Delivery
Job Summary
Owning the client-facing onboarding experience for all products in the Wealth and Protection & Benefits verticals, the full-time remote Director of Onboarding Delivery will manage onboarding processes, enhance client relationships, and standardize operational models across teams to ensure timely launches and high client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the onboarding experience from client intake through launch, ensuring clear communication and managing escalations
- Develop and implement a unified operating model for onboarding across different product lines, maintaining accountability for performance metrics
- Lead and mentor two Onboarding Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability within the onboarding team
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in delivery, implementation, or client operations leadership, with at least 2 years managing managers
- Proven experience in high-volume production or build operations with strict deadlines and client impact
- Strong background in consolidating or standardizing operations across separate teams
- Experience with capacity modeling and performance management processes
- Familiarity with SaaS, digital agency, or web production environments; financial services or insurance experience is a plus
