Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Onboarding & Due Diligence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee customer onboarding processes, including Customer Identification Program (CIP) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
  • Manage fintech partner due diligence and ongoing monitoring, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead operational teams, set performance targets, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 10-12+ years of experience in fintech third-party risk management or KYC/onboarding operations
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in managing fintech TPRM or onboarding teams
  • Deep understanding of BSA/AML, KYC, and customer due diligence principles
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, risk management, or a related field
  • Experience with regulatory examinations and compliance frameworks
