Director of Oncology Statistics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Head, Statistics Oncology HEOR/HTA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of statistical activities for HEOR/HTA, ensuring compliance and quality
• Manage the performance and development of the statistics team while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee vendor partnerships and ensure timely delivery of high-quality statistical services within budget

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field; PhD preferred
• 10+ years of professional experience in statistics within the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in Pharma and 3 years in evidence generation
• A minimum of 5 years of line management and leadership experience
• Experience in Oncology clinical programs and late-phase projects
• Extensive knowledge of statistical methods, HTA, and Pricing and Reimbursement activities
