Director of Online MBA Learning Experience

Job Summary

Managing the Learning Facilitator team, the full-time Director of Online MBA Learning Experience will develop and execute a student-centered strategy for academic support, oversee module delivery, and analyze performance data to inform continuous improvement efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of Lead Learning Facilitators, including hiring and performance management
• Lead the module revision process and collaborate with various stakeholders for platform updates
• Analyze institutional data to assess program status and inform strategic decisions for student support services

Required qualifications

• Master's degree required
• 8-10 years of experience, preferably in teaching/advising online students
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience
• Experience managing remote teams strongly preferred
• Demonstrated commitment to working with diverse student populations
