Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Operational Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the EVP Account Management, supporting decision-making and prioritization
• Design and implement operational standards and performance management processes for Account Management
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment across various departments

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Account Management, Commercial Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or Business Operations
• Experience working with senior executives and influencing at an enterprise level
• Strong understanding of the account lifecycle, including renewals and customer value creation
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong analytical capability and commercial acumen
