Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operational Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise continuous improvement and process engineering initiatives to eliminate systemic operational and customer experience issues
• Design, redesign, and optimize cross functional processes across the customer lifecycle
• Establish governance, metrics, and accountability frameworks to ensure sustainable improvements

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations, continuous improvement, process engineering, or transformation leadership
• 10+ years of experience leading cross functional initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations
• 5+ years of experience applying structured problem solving and process improvement methodologies
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement certification is preferred
