Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact for strategic initiatives, synthesizing outputs into actionable deliverables
• Proactively identify and manage program risks and interdependencies, partnering with stakeholders for decisive outcomes
• Deliver program updates and recommendations to leadership, articulating progress and resource needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in program and/or engagement management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Healthcare background strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience managing complex initiatives within a top-tier health technology company
