Director of Operational Excellence

Job Summary

Leading high-stakes transformational initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Operational Excellence will manage operational diagnosis, execution and tactical planning, and PMO leadership to enhance organizational efficiency and drive change management within the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify root causes of operational friction using structured, data-driven frameworks
• Translate organizational objectives into detailed project workplans with clear sequencing and risk mitigation strategies
• Own the "Go-To-Green" process for at-risk clients, establishing metrics for monitoring and actionable recovery plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Seven or more years of experience in business analysis, investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy within the healthcare sector
• Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and data analytics
• Deep understanding of healthcare delivery, RCM metrics, and physician group operations
• Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
