Director of Operational Excellence

Job Summary

Leading high-stakes transformational initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Operational Excellence will manage operational diagnosis, execution planning, and PMO leadership while ensuring effective recovery plans for at-risk clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify root causes of operational issues using data-driven frameworks
• Translate organizational objectives into detailed project workplans with risk mitigation strategies
• Lead the "Go-To-Green" process for at-risk clients, monitoring metrics and implementing recovery plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Seven years of experience in business analysis, investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy within the healthcare sector
• Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and data analytics
• Strong understanding of healthcare delivery, payer-provider dynamics, and regulations
• Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
