Director of Operational Excellence
Job Summary
Leading operational execution and continuous improvement initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Operational Excellence will drive strategic initiatives across National Accounts, identify complex issues, and develop actionable solutions through strong cross-functional partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and operational effectiveness across National Accounts
- Partner with stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and drive alignment through executive-level communication
- Define and execute the operational excellence roadmap in support of business objectives and strategic priorities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of relevant experience in operational excellence, business operations, or data governance
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a complex, matrixed organization
- Strong understanding of data frameworks and operational reporting processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive effective decision-making
