Job Summary
Leading enterprise-wide initiatives, the full-time salaried Director of Operational Excellence & AI Transformation will simplify operations, enhance customer experience, and drive business growth through automation and AI, while collaborating with various departments in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead strategic operational transformation initiatives across multiple business functions to improve revenue and reduce costs
- Conduct Lean Six Sigma initiatives and establish future-state operating models to enhance operational performance
- Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to optimize processes and develop business cases supporting AI investments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise operational excellence or business transformation initiatives
- Proven experience with AI technologies and their application in operational performance improvement
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
