Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operational Finance and Investment Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of analysts for company-wide financial planning and performance management
• Drive strategic business reviews and partner with functional leaders to provide insights and align on decisions
• Own core planning processes, ensuring accurate and timely forecasts aligned with company priorities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, including 3+ years in leadership roles
• Expertise in managing financial planning for headcount, operating expenses, and cost of revenue
• Strong strategic finance acumen with the ability to translate analysis into actionable strategies
• Advanced skills in financial modeling and experience with Adaptive Planning
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and influence decision-making across functions
