Director of Operational Performance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operational Performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of operational strategies aligned with long-term goals
• Design and manage the Quarterly Business Review process to evaluate business performance
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators and provide regular updates to senior management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, pharmacy, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA) preferred
• Proven experience in operational strategy, performance management, or a similar leadership role
• Experience in change management and familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
• Strong understanding of business processes and performance metrics
• Proficiency in performance tracking tools and data analysis software
