Director of Operational Readiness

Job Summary

Owning the change management lifecycle, the full-time remote Director of Operational Readiness will build and run systems and processes to ensure effective implementation of changes within Customer Operations while collaborating cross-functionally with various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full change management lifecycle from intake to implementation across Customer Operations
• Design and maintain a system of record to track all incoming changes with clear ownership and timelines
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure changes are implemented completely and on time, leveraging automation and AI-assisted workflows

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated track record of building and running change management or operational readiness functions in a high-growth environment
• Experience with project and ticketing systems such as JIRA, Linear, or Asana
• Analytical capability to identify themes and gaps in historical changes using data
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to operate autonomously and navigate ambiguity
