Director of Operational Reporting
Job Summary
Leading the charge in operational excellence, the full-time remote Director of Operational Reporting will establish and execute a strategy for centralizing operational reporting within the Enterprise Analytics department, overseeing the development of tactical and strategic reporting to support informed decision-making across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a multi-year strategy to centralize operational reporting and establish governance standards
- Lead the creation of executive dashboards and oversee the delivery of timely, accurate, and scalable operational reporting
- Monitor enterprise KPIs, conduct root cause analyses, and coordinate cross-functional corrective action plans for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, operational reporting, or healthcare operations
- 5+ years of experience leading enterprise reporting or quality management teams
- Proven experience in implementing KPI frameworks and performance management programs
- Experience in leading cross-functional organizational change initiatives
