Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operational Risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the global Operational Risk function and evolve the second line of defense framework
• Identify and measure operational risks, managing the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program
• Develop and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to provide insights into the company's operational health

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of operational risk management experience within a regulated financial institution or fintech
• Deep expertise in ORM frameworks with a proven track record of implementing scalable programs
• Ability to effectively collaborate and challenge first-line owners
• Strong analytical skills to navigate ambiguity in a high-growth environment
• Advanced degree or professional risk certifications are preferred
