Director of Operational Sourcing

Job Summary

To lead the enterprise execution team for sourcing and purchasing activities, the full-time salaried Director of Operational Sourcing will manage operational sourcing execution, oversee buy desk service delivery, and ensure alignment with category strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the centralized Operational Sourcing function, including intake, triage, and sourcing execution support
• Lead repeatable, lower-complexity sourcing activities in alignment with established policies and governance standards
• Manage buying channel routing and escalation, applying category rules and preferred supplier guidance

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor risk management, or related disciplines
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing global teams and operating models
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field required
• Experience with procurement operations, including vendor setup and purchase orders
• Deep expertise in sourcing and procurement operations, with strong systems thinking abilities
