Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operations to oversee operational strategy and drive accountability within the business unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, validate, and optimize operations data during M&A; develop business materials and new products
• Drive budgetary discipline and establish asset management capabilities within teams
• Build scalable processes and capture data for forecasting, financials, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred
• 8+ years of leadership experience in operations with P&L responsibility
• Experience managing 10+ direct reports
• Background in major retail chains or consumer packaged goods industry
• Strong strategic thinking and process development skills
