Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operations to oversee supply chain execution and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory availability across multiple channels through proactive planning and monitoring
• Lead operational communications with suppliers and manage cross-functional coordination
• Oversee cash flow planning and negotiate supplier terms to optimize costs

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or manufacturing roles
• Direct experience in regulated CPG environments
• Experience managing manufacturers and 3PL partners
• Proven track record in negotiating supplier pricing and terms
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, logistics, and quality control
