Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational and account leadership on multiple patient services client accounts
• Manage operational relationships with clients, ensuring service timeliness, accuracy, and completeness
• Develop and implement strategic goals in collaboration with senior management to support business growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or a related field
• A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience
• Broad training in business-related fields
• Experience in managing budgets and financial accountability
• Knowledge of reimbursement and patient assistance programs
