Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Operations to lead Professional Services and Customer Support functions within a B2B software environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own full P&Ls for Professional Services and Customer Support, managing revenue generation, cost control, and margin optimization
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of onboarding, implementation, training, and integration engagements while evolving the Professional Services catalog
  • Champion the adoption of AI tools and automation to enhance scalability and operational efficiency across services and support
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of operational leadership in B2B software or SaaS businesses with P&L ownership experience
  • Strong expertise in pricing, packaging, and monetizing services and support
  • Experience building or evolving a Professional Services catalog
  • Track record of successfully implementing AI tools and automation in service delivery or customer support
  • Strategic thinker with strong financial and analytical skills
