Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operations to oversee and improve operational systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Leadership Team to identify development priorities and diagnose organizational challenges
• Establish and report on operational KPIs, including cost analysis and SLA performance
• Lead client assessment processes and manage vendor strategies to support business goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university
• 5-10 years of experience in the background screening industry or operational leadership
• Strong relationship management and leadership skills
• Proven ability to drive change and implement organization-wide initiatives
• In-depth knowledge of various business functions, including finance and customer service
