Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operations who will oversee day-to-day activities and ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business activities and operational excellence for assigned customers
• Establish and manage daily operations calls and workflows related to patient identification and care delivery
• Develop partnerships with customer leaders and monitor key operational metrics to drive performance and growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business or health administration preferred
• 7+ years of experience in consulting, process engineering, or customer success in healthcare
• Strong customer orientation with a passion for achieving customer goals
• Clinical hospital or home care experience preferred
• Experience in leading relationships with C-Suite executives
