Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operations - Strategic Products (Temporary).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and lead the implementation of strategic initiatives with provider partners
• Ensure operational success at partner practices, measured by satisfaction and performance metrics
• Supervise and develop teams across multiple sites, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in large-scale service operations, preferably in healthcare
• 7 years of management experience, with 5+ years in people management
• Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
• Able to work effectively in a remote environment with specific internet requirements
• Experience leading high-performing teams in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
