Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Own the strategy and administration for Salesforce, HubSpot, and CloudCoach to support pipeline growth and marketing performance
Establish system governance and drive adoption through enablement and training
Lead cross-functional programs and build repeatable frameworks for operational excellence

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or related fields in a B2B SaaS environment
3+ years of experience leading teams, including technical roles
Deep expertise with Salesforce and knowledge of HubSpot or CloudCoach
Strong business acumen across the GTM funnel
Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
