Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full P&L responsibility for the region, managing labor, supplies, and expenses
• Lead operational excellence initiatives, ensuring quality, safety, and patient satisfaction across health centers
• Hire, develop, and lead clinical teammates while driving engagement and accountability within the team

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations or a similar field
• Proven experience with full P&L responsibility for a large business unit or division
• Expertise in building and leading high-performing teams across various functions
• Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking skills
• Experience in value-based healthcare or population health management is preferred
