Key Responsibilities

• Own full P&L responsibility for the region and drive performance against budget
• Champion operational discipline and ensure collaboration among clinical and operational teams
• Hire, develop, and lead clinical teammates while driving commercial growth and optimizing health center operations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations or a comparable industry
• Proven leadership experience in developing and building high-performing teams
• Demonstrated full P&L responsibility for a large business unit or division
• Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking abilities
• Experience in value-based healthcare or population health management preferred
