Key Responsibilities

• Own full P&L responsibility for the region, driving performance against budget
• Champion operational discipline and quality across health centers, ensuring compliance and satisfaction goals are met
• Lead, develop, and engage clinical teammates while driving commercial growth and optimizing health center schedules

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations or a comparable industry
• Proven experience in developing and building high-performing teams
• Demonstrated full P&L responsibility for a large business unit or division
• Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking abilities
• Experience in value-based healthcare or population health management preferred
