Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Revenue Operations professionals
• Own and improve the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process across various GTM tools
• Publish dashboards and insights for decision-making and oversee Deal Desk policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field
• 8-10 years of experience in SaaS operations or business operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience managing a Revenue Operations or Sales Operations team in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong technical background with Salesforce administration and GTM systems integrations
• Advanced experience with Excel, Salesforce reporting, and BI/dashboarding tools
