Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operations to ensure high-quality delivery of customer installations and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery performance across customer installations, ensuring timelines, quality, and cost discipline
• Design and implement standard operating procedures to drive predictable execution across various operational areas
• Lead and manage a team of Project Managers and installation partners, holding them accountable for performance and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 10-15 years of experience in operations, project delivery, or engineering services in relevant technology environments
• Strong command of project management tools and operational dashboards
• Experience leading multi-region installation programs across the U.S. and internationally
• Deep understanding of mechanical and electrical design, testing, and regulatory requirements
