Key Responsibilities

• Translate firm strategy into operational plans, systems, and processes
• Oversee operational workflows supporting consulting delivery and establish key operational metrics
• Assess and improve existing systems and workflows for scalability and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Eight or more years of experience in operations, consulting operations, or professional services
• Proven experience in leading operational strategy within a consulting or mission-driven organization
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and performance tracking
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable processes and improve operational efficiency
